Shipping policy
- If shipping outside of the US please contact me PRIOR to purchase to ensure accurate shipping fees are applied.
- Buyer is responsible for all custom fees that incur when shipping internationally.
- If using PayPal to purchase I only ship to the address listed on PayPal.
- Items ship when payment has been cleared.
- Shipping dates may vary depending on holidays.
- All packages include tracking and require adult signature confirmation.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- Ready to Ship Babies will be considered for a return, then refund minus shipping and any payment processing fees. I will not do partial refunds. All babies and any items sent with them must be returned at the buyer’s expense within 3 days of acceptance and must be received back in the condition that they were shipped in order to receive a refund. They must be returned with tracking, signature confirmation, and insured for the amount you paid. This protects both seller & buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Feel free to ask for additional up-close pictures or video before an item is shipped and I will do my best to accommodate you.
- NO EXCHANGES
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCOUNT/AUCTION/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.
- All items come from a smoke-free, pet-friendly environment. Our fur-babies are not allowed in my nursery, but it is better to be safe than sorry. I do not use wonder wafers, but all of my babies and their clothing have a gentle baby scent.
- All of my babies and other boutique items have been photographed to capture coloring the best light possible using daylight settings, iPhone, or Canon camera.
